A. Your login ID will be your registered email address.

A. Your e-mail address is used as your login ID and cannot be changed in the system registration.
Please re-register your new e-mail address as a new user.
If you have any questions about how to re-register, please contact your system administrator.

A. Please reset your password from the "Forgot your password? on the login screen.

A. Confirmation code will be displayed on the next screen after entering your email address. Please make a note of it.

A. There are two possible reasons for the failure.
1. The password has already been changed within the last 24 hours.
In this case, you can change it by resetting your password.
2. The password does not meet our password policy.

A. Please wait 60 minutes for your account to be unlocked automatically.
For urgent cases, you can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password? on the login screen.

A. If you enter incorrect password 5 times, your account will be locked.
*For security reasons, there will be no indication that the account has been locked.
Once locked, you can't log in for 60 minutes.
Please wait for 60 minutes or reset your password from the "Forgot your password? "on the login screen.

A. The expiration date is 90 days. You will be notified 14 days before the expiration date on the login screen so please update your password promptly. If the expiration date has passed, please reset your password from the "Forgot your password? " on the login screen.

A. The Password Policy is as follows:

1. Expiration date is 90 days.
2. 8-20 characters.
3. The password must contain 3 of the following 4 categories of characters.
 - Latin uppercase letters (A-Z) *1
 - Latin lowercase letters (a-z) *1
 - Arabic numerals (0-9) *1
 - Symbolic characters *1, *2
   *1 Please use single-byte characters.
   *2 Symbolic characters are @-_! #$%&'()=, etc.
4. It is not the same password as the last two times.
5. The characters in the login ID and password do not match at least 7 characters.

Possible reasons for not receiving emails include the following.
1. You have entered a different e-mail address from the one you registered.
2. The password reset email has been marked as spam or junk mail.

Please check that the e-mail address you entered is correct or it has not been sorted into the "spam folder" of your e-mail software.
Please note that the password reset email will be sent from the following address

kbt_m.engine_idp_admin@sys.kubota.com

It is also possible that the email from the above address has been judged junk mail by your organization's email server and has been quarantined. Please check with your mail server administrator.

The requirements differ depending on each system, so please contact the administrator of the relevant system.

Possible reasons for log-in failure include the following.

1. Time has passed since the login screen was displayed.
If more than 30 minutes have passed after displaying the login screen, you will not be able to log in. Please access the top page of each system again before logging in.
2. The login screen is bookmarked and you are logging in from there.
You can't log in directly from the login screen. Please bookmark the top page of each system before login.

Possible reasons for failure include the following

1. The URL has expired.
 The expiration time is 30 minutes.
2. The URL is not the latest.
 If you reset your password more than once, only the URL in the last email you received is valid.
3. The URL is incorrect.
 The URL may be altered due to the security of the e-mail system.
4. Others
 This may be due to some other reasons.
